The property is yours. Enjoy exclusive access to the pool, common areas, hiking trails and viewpoints, with no other guests on site. Additional event tents and food trucks can be arranged.

We can provide picnic tables, extension cords, lighting, fire pits, and heat lamps to round out your setup.

Group and Event FAQs

  • What are my options for hosting a group at Wildhaven?

    We offer multiple ways to book: a Day Event, Overnight Stay, or a Full Property Buyout (exclusive access to the entire property, with no other guests on site).

  • How many guests can Wildhaven accommodate for a group event?

    Wildhaven holds 130 for overnight accommodations including adults & kids, with double occupancy.  Our event space holds up to 80 seated or 120 standing guests.

  • Is there a commercial kitchen on site?

    No, there isn't a commercial kitchen on either property. Catering vendors should plan accordingly — we're happy to share recommendations from trusted local partners.

  • Is there a restaurant or catering onsite?

    There's no on-site restaurant or on-site catering. We're happy to share recommendations from our trusted catering partners, or your group is welcome to bring in your own catering or food trucks (with advance approval).

  • Do I need insurance or permits for my event?

    Event insurance and alcohol permits may be required depending on your event. Reach out to our team and we'll discuss what applies to your group.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in can be arranged as early as 12pm, and check-out can be extended to 3pm — just let us know your timing needs when booking.

  • Can I host a large or noisy group without disturbing other guests?

    Large or noisy groups require a Full Property Buyout to ensure privacy for your event and comfort and enjoyment of all guests.
